Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in both of our tiny homes. We allow up to 2 dogs of 50 pounds each, for $100 total per stay. Dogs over 50 pounds are not allowed. We reserve the right to decline the accommodation for certain breeds. We just ask that you clean up after them and keep them off the furniture. There’s plenty of outdoor space for them to enjoy, and Asheville is full of dog-friendly trails and patios.

How far are you from downtown Asheville?

We're about 4-6 miles from West Asheville/Downtown. It’s the best of both worlds — close to great restaurants, music, and art, but tucked away enough for peace, quiet, and starry nights.

Is there WiFi?

Yep! Both homes have fast and reliable high-speed WiFi (Spectrum 1 Gbps). Whether you’re working remotely, streaming a movie, or just checking directions to the next brewery, you’ll be good to go.

Can we rent both homes together?

Definitely. The homes are on the same beautiful property but spaced out for privacy. The properties are 50 yards apart or a half a football field apart. They are architecturally designed and landscaped for privacy. It’s a great setup for couples traveling together or small groups who want to stay close but have their own space. Just check availability or contact us to book both at once.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. We’ll send you all the details and access instructions a few days before your arrival. If you need anything special, just reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 7–14 days before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

Is the property accessible?

Due to the nature of the land and the design of the tiny homes, the spaces are not fully wheelchair accessible. Each home does require a few steps to enter, and there are gravel paths around the property. If you have specific mobility concerns, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to talk through details.

What should we do while we’re here?

Relax on the deck, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or head into town for an adventure. We’re just minutes from the River Arts District, Blue Ridge Parkway, and some of Asheville’s best restaurants, breweries, and live music venues. Check out our Experience page for our favorite local spots — including a few that reflect our love for metal and good beer.
